Reminder bracelets are used to keep track of which breast was nursed on last during a feeding (or which breast needs to begin the next feeding). Simply wear it on the left or right wrist and switch as needed! The beads are strung on memory wire, so the bracelet can be easily switched from one wrist to the other. There are no clasps to fuss with (or for baby to break).
